This mural was a part of a year long exhibition is called "The Marvellous are Here", named after the work of writer Robin DG Kelley.

The question “Yuh deh yah?” very directly speaks to the act of being present. It asks, “Are you here?” It reminds you to pay attention and it calls you to show up whether for yourself or for the other persons around you.
